Common questions about tracking your shipment with Impresto.

Your tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email, SMS, or printed receipt. It always starts with the prefix IMP followed by 9 digits (e.g., IMP123456789).

Tracking information is updated at every major milestone — pickup, departure from facility, customs clearance, arrival at destination, and out for delivery. Updates typically appear within 1–2 hours of each event.

Please double-check the number for typos. If it still doesn't work, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after pickup. If the issue persists, contact us at infoimprestocourier@gmail.com or call 0343 8131905.
